Microneedle array delivered recombinant coronavirus vaccines: Immunogenicity and rapid translational development

This study demonstrates the rapid development and immunogenicity of a novel microneedle array (MNA) delivered recombinant SARS-CoV-2 vaccine. The MNA-delivered vaccine elicited potent and long-lasting antigen-specific antibody responses in mice, suggesting a promising new approach for coronavirus vaccination.

Formulation and evaluation of cyclodextrin-based nanosponges of griseofulvin as pediatric oral liquid dosage form for enhancing bioavailability and masking bitter taste

This study developed a cyclodextrin-based nanosponge formulation of griseofulvin that significantly improved drug dissolution, enhanced bioavailability in rats, and effectively masked the bitter taste in a human panel. This approach offers a potential solution for pediatric oral liquid formulations of griseofulvin.
