A comparative study of the crystallinity of Polyetheretherketone by using density, DSC, XRD, and Raman spectroscopy techniques
This study compared four methods for measuring crystallinity in PEEK: density, DSC, XRD, and Raman spectroscopy. Results showed that each method yields different crystallinity values, with DSC overestimating and XRD underestimating compared to density. Four Raman spectral indicators were found to correlate strongly with density-derived crystallinity.
