Quick tips if your Paperzilla digest isn't hitting right yet

Quick tips if your Paperzilla digest isn't hitting right yet:

Too many irrelevant papers?

Try refining your topic prompt. The more specific you are, the better the matches. Instead of "machine learning," try something like "reinforcement learning for robotics, especially sim-to-real transfer."

What also helps is adding a negative constraint, like: "don't include the paper if it doesn't cover XXX."

Only want the "must reads"?

There is a setting to hide the "adjacent" papers. Just switch the "Include adjacent papers" off.

Want help tuning it?

Just reply to this email, I read every one and happy to help set up your digest.

Still getting too many emails?

As a last resort: you can pause your digest anytime in your settings: https://paperzilla.ai/digests.

But please, talk to me first, it might be a matter of tuning your digest definition.

Help me build the "Weekly" option

I’m working on adding a weekly digest. My current thought: the weekly email only shows the "best of the week" to keep your inbox clean, but you can always see the full list of matches in a feed on the site.

Does that sound right to you? Or would you rather have everything in the email, even if it’s long? Just reply to this email and let me know. I'm still figuring out the best balance here.

Cheers,

P.S. If the digest is already working great, I'd love to hear that too 😊
